Fabulous hostel. 4 of us in bunk room with own bathroom, after the planned camping trip washed out.... Great self-catering facilities but can also buy food and drinks. Dining and lounge areas are good. Hostel very clean. Staff working keeping all areas clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful. Location is great for various walks and bus stops outside into and from Fort William.... Would definitely stop here again.

Great location if you're looking to climb Ben Nevis, it's literally across the street. A little further into Fort William, about an hour walk or there's a bus stop conveniently in front of the hostel. Stayed in the private room; good size, comfortable, clean. Staff was helpful answering our questions.

For a hostel, it was great - compared to previous UK hostels I've stayed in. Location couldn't have been better if you're going for Ben Nevis. Indoor seating was great and most of the staff were friendly. They had board games which our group had a lot of fun with.

Great location for Ben Nevis, but everything seemed to be broken: Back door, two refrigerators, freezer, room door, one bathroom door. Also, if you are a light sleeper, forget about getting any sleep. People were partying and banging doors all night for two nights. I’m sure some good excuses will be given for this, but you have been warned. If you can handle the continuous noise and broken items, enjoy.

Best youth hostel hands down. The receptionist were very friendly. The room was nice. The bed was fluffy. The bathroom was clean. The kitchen was big. Location wise a bit difficult to get. Walked when first came in like an hour from the station. Then it took about £9.5 taxi to go to the town center. Bus available at 9 am & 5pm winter and almost daily on summer. I like going in winter time. Peaceful and quite. Very close to ben nevis track. The track itswlf is very steep and slippery when raining. Can see ben nevis from the window. Amazing.

Very good location at the foot of Ben Nevis and not far from Fort William. Really nice and friendly staff. Modern facilities. However, I really struggled to make myself comfortable on the bed. I’m 6ft1! I’m trying to find a friendly Croatian guy I got talking to (I forgot your name!). If you are reading this please follow me @polishbenski! 😄👍🏻

Been there a couple of days, the rooms were clean and complete, you also have a box under bed to place your stuff and keep it safe. The views are great! Just between nature and a river... Easy to find, and also has a parking for some cars. The service was fine, very friendly staff and a very complete kitchen, with oven, microwaves, fridge... I recommend it ;)

Brilliant place to stay to tackle the mountain from. Also just a walk of about 30mins into town. Would def stay again next time I’m in the neighborhood!
